During an advisory mandate for Braun in Kronenberg, we carried out analysis and evaluation of sustainability activities at Braun respectively P&G in general as well as in related industries. Based on this analysis we were asked to identify potential for strategic advancement of the topic.
The result was a detailed benchmarking of internal as well as the competitive activities and precise sustainability respectively project approaches for the devisions involved.
