“Revitalisation of a traditional brand” was the task from Carl Mertens International from Solingen.
The company chose Squareone to be integrated into the company as an external consultant and part of the management board for the segments product management and product development.
Over the course of only three years, Squareone was able to achieve a repositioning of the brand with a totally revised product portfolio and brand image. In the framework of our mandate we were responsible for a range simplification, brand and corporate communication, portfolio management, product development and the strategic purchasing of merchandise.
