Apart from the tasks in design-oriented product and software development, from which in the meantime an award-winning holistic product and design language arose, Squareone helps the Friedrich Remmert GmbH especially with the development of a corporate strategy and with the planning of the “roadmap”.
A “corporate roadmap” is an effective and clear tool to put complex correlations from strategic planning and operative action into a general context and make them vivid. In cooperation with our clients, we develop a structure and contents of the “roadmap” in moderated form. That’s how we ensure that it will become a relevant tool for the company management and will have significant impact on bundling, rating and controlling the complexity of all activities and influencing factors.
