Service Design
For the public services in Wuppertal, Squareone analysed possibilities to counteract the limitations of public transport during the winter.
The result is a new service and information concept, enabling the public services to orderly react to unforeseen situations and therefor raise their clients’ trust in the mobility competence of the public services.
