Sebastian Härder

Industrial Designer

I’m fascinated by the new ideas coming out of the design process - ideas, of which I
didn’t even know I could think of them. Solving small and big problems with these ideas is
the biggest motivation for me.
To this end, I like to analyze and structure complex problems. In conducting intense research
I see the opportunity to better understand the world and the people around me, including
their needs. Using the gained knowledge I challenge the status quo and form solutions.
During the process, I enjoy the artisanal creativity of physical prototyping and the convincing
communication of the solution in renderings.

Whether watching my bee colony or riding my bike in the woods - surrounded by nature I
always find new inspiration and energy.
