The popular restaurant in Goslar, North Germany, is developing from the „black sheep“ to „Jakob“. Of course, this includes completely new business equipment, starting with a logo that is both modern and traditional. We design the word mark as a striking silhouette of „Jakob“ that creates the emotional connection to the familiar design for steady customers, while at the same time being refreshingly new.
When designing the business equipment, feasibility comes first. Key is a good reproducibility. Quality comes via high quality printing paper in slightly increased grammage. Around the logo, the fonts and the colors, we developed the interior design as a mood board. Here, too, emphasis is placed on authenticity, such as with oiled wood, warm porcelain and high black and white contrasts. Our design is complemented by a web teaser. All print media can be used immediately at „Jakob“.
The restaurant will reopen in March 2020.
