SortFLEX by Remmert is a flexible and fully automatic solution for item sorting of laser finished parts. The sorter works independently of the manufacturers machines and thus allows maximum flexibility in the selection of the connected machines, which in turn effectively improves the entire material flow. SortFLEX is one of the most space-efficient fully automated sorting solutions on the market.
Squareone was charged with conceptual development as well as the machines product design. SortFLEX was designed based on the design language we developed for Remmert. Developing an intelligent concept for seamless integration into Remmert´s existing ecosystem was particularly important.
