Neele Miersch

I have been fascinated by industrial design for much longer than since the beginnings of my studies – the fact that innovation by new or improved concept solutions as well as design play such an important role allowing for major improvements of products thrills and inspires me for quite some time now. It’s exactly this combination of functional and creative optimisation that makes for good industrial design.

That’s why I’m more than happy to spend my 6 month traineeship at Squareone, gaining insights into the everyday work life of a designer and learn a lot about design and concept development.

But of course, even design work is only one aspect of life and that’s why I love to play the violin in my spare time – preferably with an orchestra because you get to create great music with great people. I also enjoy going on road trips in the summer and I’m crazy about fashion and chocolate.
