CES locking devices are setting new standards in the security industry - including the new, cloud-based locking system ‘CESentry’, whose hardware we had the honour of developing in collaboration with CES.

The CESentry series consists of a fitting, wall terminal and electronic locking cylinder. The task was to combine these very different products into a harmonious product family using a standardised design language.

Our focus was on a technical and high-quality appearance that blends seamlessly into any environment. Materials such as brushed stainless steel and robust plastic not only ensure an appealing look, but also the longevity of the products.

A specially developed set of rules was applied to the design from the outset to ensure that all products are recognisable as part of a uniform family. This set of rules was consistently observed throughout the entire process and finally documented in the form of a design manual.
