Squareone supports Forterro as part of a strategic consulting and development mandate for the global windows and doors industry. The collaboration arose from our long-standing partnership with Orgadata AG and has been continued in an expanded, international context since its integration into the Forterro Group. Our contribution combines strategic portfolio work with operational UX and design system development.

At the strategic level, we analyse market requirements, usage contexts and system-critical dependencies in order to methodically refine product portfolios, prioritise areas of innovation and derive a scalable software architecture for the industry.

We work operationally with product and engineering teams on the design and redevelopment of UX workflows, information architectures and consistent design systems that harmonise technical functional logic, industrial process reliability and brand-appropriate user experiences.

In ERP and CPQ-related industrial environments, it is not the graphical user interface that determines the quality of operation, but the structural clarity of the processes. This is exactly where our collaboration comes in: we translate real-life usage scenarios into robust, intuitive and error-resistant UX concepts that transform complex technical functions into comprehensible operating processes. Through modular UX and UI systems, we increase process reliability, reduce operating errors, shorten development cycles and strengthen integration and scalability in the software portfolio. Our approach not only creates better user interfaces, but also accelerates implementation, increases technical connectivity and improves the industrial usability of products throughout their entire life cycle.
