Material-optimised and award-winning

Rickmeier benefits from an efficient and cost-saving design solution that we developed in collaboration. Our project has proven that a reduction in material costs does not contradict a high-quality product. We had the task of developing a product solution that ensures excellent pump quality despite using less material and with the help of a new pump design and smarter manufacturing processes.

The wide range of tasks performed by Rickmeier's gear pumps and pump units in a variety of industrial applications ranges from lubrication circuits and pressure generation in hydraulic working systems to the transfer of fluids for oils and other flow media.

With the aim of improving the technical performance and user-friendliness of the new generation of pumps, we have developed a reduced design enriched with targeted colour accents and deliberately exaggerated branding elements. This design concept makes Rickmeier products recognisable at first glance and makes them stand out in a highly competitive environment.

Our solution is not only efficient, but has also resulted in a considerable material saving of 30% compared to the previous series. The result is a pump that meets the needs of users, enhances Rickmeier's brand value and at the same time takes the environmental factor into account. As a result, Rickmeier benefits from an improved and sustainable product that stands out in a competitive market.
