Design as a quality mediator

For SCHWING Technologies, one of the leading thermal cleaning companies, we developed a uniform design language for the VACUCLEAN product line.

VACUCLEAN is an easy-to-install, environmentally and user-friendly vacuum pyrolysis system that removes plastic residues from tools and components. The credo for this design development was "integration and simplification".

The VACUCLEAN Compact impresses with maximum effectiveness at a minimum footprint and is particularly suitable for small components. The complete machine is boarded and powder-coated in two different shades of grey to discreetly separate the melting chamber and the base. The colour concept has a timeless effect and conceals any soiling that may occur even after the machines have been in use for a long time.

The machine control was integrated into the housing and thus blends harmoniously into the design.
