The Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) system from Remmert, revolutionizes the transport of heavy and bulky goods in production and warehouse environments. As part of our development partnership with Remmert, we were able to ensure that an innovative project was realized in record time, with the flexible and efficient working structure at Remmert making a significant contribution. Squareone's early involvement and continuous coordination with Remmert's design team was crucial to the success of the project.

As a completely new product, the AGV was also developed in-house at Remmert with the help of Squareone's extensive expertise. It enables optimal use of available space, flexible placement of storage locations and machining centers, while replacing conventional conveyors and forklift travel. It also ensures reliable and safe transport through high safety standards and autonomous navigation.

The unique design language, the high-contrast color scheme and the innovative light and warning system of the AGV were developed with Squareone's defined design language in mind. Through this design reinterpretation, the AGV was seamlessly integrated into Remmert's existing product portfolio, while simultaneously heralding a modernization of the design language. This successful design approach was recognized when it received the iF Award 2022. In collaboration with Squareone, Remmert was thus able to create a market-leading solution that offers significant added value for its customers.
