ITSON - Charger
Simple. Sustainable. Smart.
With the ITSON Charger, the brand expands its energy ecosystem with a key component.
As a charger, it closes the functional gap within the portfolio and turns the rechargeable ITSON batteries into a fully integrated, sustainable energy system that connects seamlessly with ITSON’s own accessories – such as the brand’s flashlights.
Our task as product design agency was to create a charger where technical performance, aesthetic precision and environmental responsibility form a coherent whole – clearly expressing the core values of the ITSON brand.
The design of the ITSON Charger follows the style guide we developed for the brand. Its geometric form with softly rounded edges conveys calm and clarity – while visually linking it to the ITSON Powerbanks. Both products share the same design language, establishing a consistent aesthetic that strengthens brand identity across the entire portfolio.
A distinctive feature is the translucent sliding cover: even when closed, it subtly reveals the brand’s core product – the batteries. The understated black-grey colour scheme highlights the vivid colours of the batteries and, together with refined surface contrasts, gives the product a distinct sense of quality.
Material choice was guided by the same principle of responsibility: the housing is made of 75% recycled plastic, reducing resource consumption and CO₂ emissions – a visible statement of ITSON’s commitment to sustainability.
For ITSON, the Charger is much more than a technical accessory. It reinforces the brand’s credibility, completes the product system, and brings the sustainability promise directly into the user’s daily life.
With its durable construction, resource-efficient materials and intuitive design, this project demonstrates how strategic design can merge ecological responsibility with brand identity – creating lasting value.
The Charger seamlessly joins the range of products we developed for ITSON – batteries, flashlights and powerbanks – each unique in its function, yet all part of a coherent energy system defined by a clear and distinctive design language.
