UX conception and development of new service modules based on a customer journey analysis
Zentia, a British manufacturer of system ceilings, faced a challenge. In order to adapt to the changing needs of their customers and increase their target group, they had to address a new customer group - architects and installers.
As part of a comprehensive development and consulting assignment, we identified the needs and expectations of the stakeholders and translated them into a customer journey. Based on an interview-based analysis with various architects, installers and internal stakeholders, a comprehensive communication and service concept was developed that addresses the needs of these target groups in a completely new way.
Through a fundamentally new website, a 3D studio and other digital tools, Zentia now accompanies them from inspiration to project implementation, from planning to installation.
