Venit - Homelift
Pure Aesthetics for Uncompromising Accessibility.
Accessibility Without Compromise
Creating accessibility in existing buildings often fails due to a fundamental conflict: technical requirements meet inhabited architecture. Interventions in ceilings and floor plans, enclosed shafts, and visible technical components reduce spatial quality, natural light, and acceptance.
Together with VENIT, Squareone successfully addressed this challenge as a design and system task: a slender column system that can be placed freely and requires no shaft, combined with a lightweight cabin reduced to the essentials and compactly integrated technology. This preserves usable living space, maintains sightlines, and transforms the lift into an architectural element rather than a foreign object.
Design and Engineering with a Shared Vision
The outstanding product quality and pure aesthetics of VENIT home lifts are the result of a consistent integration of design and engineering based on a shared vision: accessibility without compromise - in function, form, and integration.
From the first sketch to the final screw, Squareone was responsible for the design of the home lifts, developing them to series readiness in close collaboration with the engineers of the German company. Through this close interplay of design and engineering, every challenge was addressed with precision, resulting in a lift that combines technical innovation with uncompromising design quality.
